By combining resources with our strategic partners, OCW Environmental can assist our clients in assessing industrial hygiene and building-related contamination issues. OCW will provide Indoor Air Quality staff with the ability to survey, test and remediate commercial and residential buildings for chemicals, molds, asbestos and lead.
OCW can provide staff with the technical capabilities to cover the full spectrum of asbestos consulting services. Services include initial survey and identification of asbestos containing materials (ACM); preparation of bid documents; operation and maintenance (O&M) program development and implementation; abatement oversight and air monitoring. OCW also offers a full range of microbial service including visual inspection, bulk and air sampling, ambient air monitoring, remediation oversight and post remediation testing.
OCW can provide a general work plan for remediation of microbial contamination.
On projects where assessment and monitoring services are being provided by a separate consultant, OCW can complete asbestos abatement and mold remediation with our certified and licensed in-house staff.
